AME Volunteer Program
Our Primary and Urgent Care Centers in Downey, Lynwood, Long Beach, and Whittier are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our AME Volunteer Program. Volunteers will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by providing support and assistance during their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive.
- Assist patients with filling out forms and paperwork.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed and valued.
- Provide information and answer any questions patients may have.
- Offer additional assistance as needed to improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
Shift Details:
- Volunteers can choose shifts according to their availability.

Requirements:
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of one shift per week.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
