Urgent Care Volunteer Program

Welcome to our Urgent Care Volunteer Program! Our urgent care centers across various locations are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team. Volunteers will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience by providing exceptional service and support.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

As a volunteer, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting Patients: Welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Assisting with Forms: Help patients fill out necessary forms, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
  • Providing Assistance: Be attentive to patients’ needs, offering assistance and answering questions to the best of your ability.
  • Creating a Positive Experience: Treat every patient with kindness and respect, ensuring they feel cared for and important.

Shift Details:

  • Shift Duration:
  • Each volunteer shift is 4 hours long.
  • Shift Times:
    Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Operating Hours:

  • Our centers are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Some locations also have weekend hours.
