Urgent Care Volunteer Program
Welcome to our Urgent Care Volunteer Program! Our urgent care centers across various locations are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team. Volunteers will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience by providing exceptional service and support.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
As a volunteer, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting Patients: Welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Assisting with Forms: Help patients fill out necessary forms, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
- Providing Assistance: Be attentive to patients’ needs, offering assistance and answering questions to the best of your ability.
- Creating a Positive Experience: Treat every patient with kindness and respect, ensuring they feel cared for and important.
Shift Details:
- Shift Duration:
- Each volunteer shift is 4 hours long.
- Shift Times:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Operating Hours:
- Our centers are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Some locations also have weekend hours.

- Evaluate and treat patients independently as an attending physician. This includes obtaining patient’s medical history and documenting on EMR. - Prescribe pharmaceuticals, medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
